2. Description of Service

MusicVideoGenerator is an AI-powered service that creates music videos from audio files uploaded by users. The Service offers multiple video generation styles including Gameplay, Visual Vibes, Image Motion, and AI Video.

3. User Content & Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to the audio files you upload. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use the audio content
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material

Generated Videos: You own the videos generated by the Service. You may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

4. Data Retention & Storage

Automatic Deletion: All uploaded audio files and generated videos are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours. We do not retain your content beyond this period.

Download Your Videos: It is your responsibility to download your generated videos within 24 hours. Once deleted, videos cannot be recovered.

5. Payment & Refunds

Pricing: Our pricing is clearly displayed for each video generation style. Payment is processed through Stripe before video generation begins.

Refunds: Due to the computational costs involved in video generation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once video generation has begun. If you experience technical issues, please contact us at support@musicvideogenerator.app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that infringes on copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service
• Upload content containing malware or harmful code

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusicVideoGenerator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
